When you don’t want a contact to receive an email, you can put them on the Suppression List or the Blacklist.
If you have a database of bounced or invalid email addresses from another platform, or you know for sure that certain email addresses are not interested in receiving your emails, you can upload them to your Blacklist/Suppression list.
By doing this, you ensure that these email addresses won't receive any of your emails, even if they are included in your contact lists.
As soon as you add or import a contact to your Blacklist/Suppression list, their status will be changed from confirmed to Blacklisted.
