Ensuring email inbox deliverability depends on various factors. Internet Service Providers (ISPs), such as Gmail and Yahoo, take into account several aspects for inbox delivery, including your domain, IPs, server reputation, email content, email list, sending volumes per hour/day, and users' reactions towards your emails. However, the delivery status for each user may vary. For instance, while an email may be delivered to one user's inbox, it may be redirected to another user's promotion or spam folder. This is because ISPs also consider users' past behaviors towards such emails.
Initially, your IPs/domains reputation is in a neutral state. You can gain a positive reputation through good and hygienic email lists, good email content, and user engagement. ISPs take some time to recognize you as a genuine sender. Therefore, you need to follow the IP warm-up process to ensure good delivery with a newly set up server.
The open rate for our customers varies from 5 to 80%, which we measure based on the number of open/read emails. The delivery rate varies due to the above-mentioned factors.
This variation in delivery rate is completely based on the above-mentioned factors.
These are some real-time example as mentioned below.
